Why we built it

A note from Milne Masonry

For years, Milne ran on a major construction ERP — the kind you couldn't really get into unless you were a credentialed accountant. Everything was difficult.

The base license was $600 a month, plus another $400–500 in add-ons just to make change orders, RFCs, and SOVs usable. So we built our own.

Now we have full visibility into our finances. We forecast monthly profit, spot the work gaps before they hit the schedule, and the AP auto-parser does the work of a full-time accounts payable person.
